[For Overseas Users] Can I Delete Messages Sent via the Multilingual Chat?

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that once a message is deleted, it cannot be restored.
 
①Open the chat screen and click the red trash can icon to the left of the message you want to delete.
 
②A confirmation prompt will appear. If you're sure, click [OK].
 
③Deletion is complete.

※ In some cases, only the translated version of the message may remain temporarily. If that happens, simply refresh the screen and the translated message bubble will also disappear.

The deletion process is the same for the store side.
If the store deletes a message, it will also be removed from the overseas user's chat screen.
