How to Cancel Your YOASOBI Heaven Account

①After logging in, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.


②In the settings menu that appears, select [退会（Cancel Membership）].


③A message regarding account cancellation will be displayed. If there are no issues, check the box labeled [上記に同意する（agree to the above terms）].
Once checked, the [退会（Cancel Membership）] button will turn green and become clickable.



④A confirmation screen will appear.
If everything is correct, click [退会（Cancel Membership）].


⑤If you see this final screen, your cancellation is complete.
